Tenants have added hundreds of thousands of investments to transform fire escapes. Due to the increased investment, the tenant applied to a unit under a certain office to provide assistance to micro-enterprises, exempting the deposit, and rushing through the difficulties together. The unit held a meeting of cadres and employees for discussion. Considering that the early cooperation was relatively smooth and the company faced huge difficulties, the conference unanimously approved and agreed to exempt the deposit. Regarding the debt arrears, the person in charge of the unit has been reminded to talk. The unit has formulated a repayment plan and has repaid 100,000 yuan in December 2019. The remaining debts will be paid off gradually according to the repayment plan.

3. Next step of work

The inspection and rectification work has achieved phased results. The Municipal Civil Defense Office will continue to take more powerful measures in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Party Committee Inspection Team to consolidate the rectification results of the inspection feedback and strive to create a clean and upright working atmosphere in the civil defense system.

(1) Strengthen rectification and implementation. For those that require long-term rectification, the responsible leaders, responsible departments, and responsible persons must strictly control the time nodes, strengthen tracking and efficiency, and ensure that the inspection and rectification achieves practical results.

(2) Establish a long-term mechanism. The Party Group of the Municipal Civil Defense Office will re-clear and re-inspect the problems and weak links reported by the inspection team, further establish and improve systems, continuously deepen the treatment of both symptoms and root causes, promote root causes through treatment of symptoms, and resolutely implement the systems that have been established in the rectification work to ensure that they truly play a role.
